Tbh, there is hardly any distortion on the horizon. The shore of the lake seems very "straight". Keep in mind that the shore has a jagged shape, so some parts might seem to curve.
Thank you very much I really appreciate the feedback, I noticed this as well and believe it has to do with stitching two images together and the lack of a tripod. I am wondering if you have any suggestions as far as tools in PS that would allow me to adjust the edges like you suggested.
this is gonna sound really stupid because I'm completely self taught in ps.
open the image, duplicate the layer (ctrl + j ), select mouse tool, click just outside the image, right click on it, warp, now you can distort the image

You know it's funny because I've used the transform>Warp tool a million times and yet it never once crossed my mind to use it for this.
